Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully repack the guitar in its original shipping carton, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
